„Izabellas neuestes Projekt verbindet den Sound von Vibrafon und Harfe mit ganz besonderen, außergewöhnlichen Instrumenten wie Glas Harfe, Sundrum, Array Mbira, Marimba, Steeldrum, Crotales oder Waterphone, welche im Jazz und in improvisierter Musik selten in Erscheinung treten. Dadurch entstehen völlig neue Klangwelten. Inspiriert von Impressionismus. Der Zuhörer erhält die Chance, eine neue, andere Klangerfahrung zu machen. Auf den CDs singt die außergewöhnliche polnisch – japanische Sängerin Yumi Ito aus Basel (CH)

Ihre Kompositionen sind perfekt auf ihre instrumentalen Fähigkeiten abgestimmt und bieten den Zuhörern eine magische, unvergessliche Klangreise.“
Izabella Effenberg hat im Jahr 2020 den Wettbewerb NEXT GENERATION VIRTUELL des FESTIVALS WOMEN IN JAZZ / HALLE gewonnen. 2018 hat sie den Kulturpreis der Stadt Nürnberg bekommen und 2020 den Förderpreis des Bezirks Mittelfranken. Seit 2021 ist sie YAMAHA Künstlerin und im Juli 2022 wurde sie als Künstlerin der Metropolregion Nürnberg geehrt. Sie bewegt sich zwischen verschiedenen Stillistigen von Jazz, Klassik bis World Music. Seit 2014 organisiert sie das Festival „Vibraphonissimo“ in der Metropolregion Nürnberg. Zusammen mit Nicole Johänntgen organisiert Sie das internationale Jazz Musikerinnen Netzwerk „Sisters in Jazz“
Gespielt hat Sie u.a. mit Lars Danielsson, Magnus Öström, Nils Landgren, Katja Riemann, Harald Lesch, Jan Lundgren, Rhoda Scott, Quadro Nuevo, Tony Lakatos, Efrat Alony, Nicole Johänntgen, Karin Hammar, Susan und Martin Weinert, Vladislav Sendecki.
